Clients of our Online Ordering Systems (i.e. Restaurateurs) use this information about their customers (i.e. Online Ordering customers) to facilitate the processing of online orders. Netbistros transmits customer information to our client restaurants for the purpose the information is used for locating an address for delivery of the customer order, contacting the customer to verify the content of the online order, and/or retrieving payment information over the phone. Clients may use the information further to improve their restaurant services. However, we do not have control of how clients use your information and therefore cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of your information at the client site. You should exercise caution and inquire about applicable privacy notices at the client/restaurant site. Netbistros does not share Online Ordering customer data of one client with any other client. Customer email address is used to open an Online Ordering system account with applicable client websites. Email is sent to these email addresses only when requested by the user (i.e. Request for forgotten account password) MutualSolutions LLC and Netbistros may use the information collected to improve our products and services.

Our site uses forms in which you give us contact information (like your name, address, and e-mail address) so you can place orders, request information etc. We use your customer information only when it will be important for us to contact you regarding functionality changes to our products, our web site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

We use cookies on our clients' Online Ordering Web sites to help facilitate your Online Ordering process. Cookies are little bits of electronic information that a Web site can store on your computer to help personalize your user experience and in now way gives us any kind of access to your computer. The cookie itself does not contain personal information, although it will store your Online Ordering login username to help us identify you as an account holder of the site.
